         This very attractive south facing holiday home is on the private El Dorado Country Club adjacent to Bonalba Golf and Spa resort. It has breathtaking views of the countryside and the Mediterranean sea. This modern villa has all the amenities expected for a luxurious holiday. It has a spacious lounge/dining area with 32" LCD TV with full UK Sky package (Sky World, Sky Sports and Sky Movies), video and DVD player along with a PlayStation2 comprising 20 games. The fully fitted kitchen has microwave, hob, oven and fridge/freezer. Washing and ironing facilities are in a separate utility room. There are two bathrooms, two twin bedrooms, and a master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a safe. The villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. Outside are large gardens to the front side and rear with pool table, table football, barbecue and sunbathing area. Included is the use of a large swimming pool, just 30 meters away. This is reserved for limited villa owners and is seldom overcrowded. The beautiful beaches of El Campello and San Juan are only a short drive away.

         Beaches: The villa is just a brief drive from El Campello town with its 23km of varied and attractive sea front. The beach known as 'Muchavista' is made up of fine sand and has all types of facilities including children's play areas, shops, restaurants and cosmopolitan bars. El Campello boasts a wide variety of sporting activities. The Sports Marina and the Yacht Club make available all kinds of water sport activities, including surfing schools, sailboats for hire and scuba diving. On land the Pabellón Polideportivo Cubierto indoor sporting facility and Polideportivo El Vincle sports centre offer a wide range of sporting possibilities, including basketball, handball, tennis and indoor football. There are also two outdoor football fields, one of which is grass covered.

         Alicante: Along the Alicante harbour you find beautiful long alleys for nice relaxing walks to enjoy the palm trees and the lovely climate. With many historical buildings around the entire city, Alicante offers countless sightseeing attractions, from cathedrals and churches to the wonderful harbour area. A long wide sandy beach leads its way from the harbour up to San Juan. Just drop your towel on the sand and enjoy a wonderful day in the sun.

         Aqualandia Water Park: Less than 30 minute drive, this modern water park offers excellent facilities, including picnic areas and a variety of restaurants. There are lawns and shaded areas for a break from the sun. The many slides and chutes are surrounded by foliage. Attractions include Niagara with its beach, caves and calm waters, and the enormous Atlantic Surf pool, which comes complete with waves and is surrounded by the soft circular current of the Amazonas. The Laguna has springboards, rings and nets, and Adventureland is designed especially for young children.

         Golf: 2 minute drive from the villa, the Bonalba Golf course offers sensational views of the sea and the perfect climate to enjoy a game at any time of year. With 18 holes and a par of 72, this is an excellent course built on gentle ridges, with wide fairways, undulating greens and strategically located lakes. The complicated design makes Bonalba an interesting and fun challenge for the golfer and the variety in the holes means there is never a dull moment.

15 minute drive from the villa, the Alicante Golf with its 6,270 metre course of par 72 requires a different strategic approach to every hole and obliges players to use all clubs. Each of its very balanced legs of 3,125 metres and 3,145 metres respectively features three holes par 3, three par 4 and three par 5. It stands out for its long tees and wide fairways as well as its beautiful park areas and its splendid lakes.
